ITA Privacy Policy
ITA is committed to keeping personal information of individuals accurate, secure and confidential. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that you may provide while using ITA's Web site. Any personal information that ITA receives from you through this Web site or otherwise will be handled and stored in a secure manner to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. Please be advised, however, that the Internet and other various networking communication media are not entirely secure and your information may therefore be subject to interception or loss which is beyond our control.

Some of the information that we keep on our Web server is information that you volunteer to provide through forms and some is collected automatically. ITA will only use such information for the purposes we advise you of when it is collected. ITA may use any information collected to identify you, when relevant and required in accordance with the standard policies and activities of ITA.

a. Collection of Personal Information. During your use of the Web site, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information (such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, training & education, experience, areas of interest or resume) for purposes such as course registration, facilitating communications with you, providing you with samples of our products, or providing you with other general information about ITA (by e-mail or other forms of communication) including press releases, newsletters or other information. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information. If you choose not to provide requested personal information, you may not be able to use certain features through the Web site or access some services we provide.

b. Use of Personally Identifiable Information. ITA may use your personal information to contact and correspond with you, to respond to your questions, to process enquiries and instructions, and to facilitate and enhance your use of the Web site, and ITA may send to you, from time to time, e-mail or other communications containing information about ITA and other matters ITA believes will interest you. At any time you may ask ITA to stop sending you unsolicited e-mail and other information by contacting us at info@implantteam.com.au or through the 'Contact Us' section of this Website. Personally identifiable information provided to ITA may also be used for the purpose of registration, and/or research and may be disclosed to ITA-affiliated organizations or agents of ITA with no prior notice where this is necessary for the purpose of providing ITA's products and services. The ITA will not otherwise transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without the user's prior consent except as may be required by federal, state or local law, or by exigent circumstances. We may use your personally identifiable information to compile and display content and information that we think you might be interested in. ITA also may use your profile information on an aggregate basis to develop and display new features and content for the Site, and to provide others with aggregate information about our users and the usage patterns of the Site. ITA also may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site.

d. Voluntary Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information on Bulletin Boards, News Groups and Chat Rooms, and other Interactive Areas (collectively "Interactive Areas"). Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (for example, user name, e-mail address) on an Interactive Area of the Site, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in the user's communication, can be collected and correlated and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of ITA and ITA is not responsible for the discover ability of any user's identity by methods beyond our control.
